Some forms of documentation require scans of both the front and back of the document. Unless explicitly noted, only a scan of the front of ANY ONE of the below documents clearly displaying the registered name of the business and the address is required.

In case of an un-registered Sole Proprietorship/Individual Owner/Freelancer/or Independent Contractor, ANY of the following documents establishing identity and business address may be submitted in lieu of business registration documents.
If we are unable to verify your identity programmatically, Gerätor might need to request additional documentation in order to verify the individuals connected to a User account. These may include -
one which serves as Proof of Identity
one which serves as Proof of Address
Passport – scans of front and back are required
Driver’s license – scans of front and back are required
Permanent resident card
National ID
Residence ID
Identity card issued by a state or local government — scans of front and back are required
Utility bill like a phone or electricity bill
Bank statement
Business licenses and permits from any level of government
Certificate of formation or incorporation
Business Tax or VAT registration certificate
EIN confirmation letter from the IRS (U.S. only)
Federal tax returns to the IRS by company (U.S. only)
Business bank account statements
Business credit report from one of the reporting agencies
Each document must meet specific requirements in order to be accepted for verification.
The information in these documents must be matched to the information on your Gerätor account, so it is best to first confirm that the personal information listed on your Gerätor account is correct before documents are uploaded. You can view your Gerätor account personal information in your Dashboard and make any changes by clicking Edit beside your personal details. Both Proof of ID and Proof of Address document uploads must be successfully reviewed and matched to the information on your Gerätor account before your identity can be verified. Reviews may take up to 72 hours for our team to complete.
Due to the highly sensitive nature of your verification documents, Gerätor can only accept documents which are uploaded through the Dashboard. Documents must not be sent through email.
